Pretty sure they're actually Citi. They had access to my transaction records and knew the first letter of my security question, so if they are scammers, then they have a scary amount of access to Citi's internal records. They also did close the card they called about shortly after the call.That said, it's possible that some people have received calls from scammers who are faking the Caller ID to appear to be coming from this number, so always be wary when you get calls like this.

This is actually legit. I called Citibank at their number listed online and both the 904-954-1091 number and 866-517-5348 are numbers that Citibank Fraud department uses. If you feel uncomfortable talking to them, you can always call the number listed on Citibank's website and ask for the fraud department. I recommend doing so because if they are calling you it probably means someone ELSE is using your card...Just my two cents!
