I called back and they asked me if I was someone one else other who owns the phone. I asked them to remove my number from their call list and then asked them to verify the number that they had on the list that they were removing and the guy ***g up on me. I then called back and got the same response from someone else asking me if I was so-and-so, I told her no and I did not know who that person was that this was my prepaid cell phone and the prior person ***g up on me when I asked to please verify that he had removed my number from the call list. She did verify my number and it was listed as a bad number now. THANK YOU.

I got a call from 904-329-7680, asked to speak to me, when i said "This is she" they transferred me to another person who wanted to verify information, I did to find out what the call was about, only to be spoken down to and have rude comments thrown at me. I told the GIRL I could not pay anything right now because i have 3 children whose birthdays are all in the next 2 months and Christmas and her response to me was "So you telling me you cant pay because of some birthdays?!? So buying stuff for Christmas is more important than your bills?!" SERIOUSLY?????? Very Rude, Very inconsiderate people. Going to the BBB!
