Dec 2009 "According to the three FTC complaints, Economic Relief Technologies, LLC, Dynamic Financial Group (U.S.A.) Inc., and JPM Accelerated Services (JPM) and related defendants made illegal pre-recorded robocalls to consumers, using names like “card services,” “credit card services” or “account services.” The Federal Trade Commission sued them to stop the calls.

Upon answering the phone, I heard a recorded message, which sounded like a debt-collection agency, stating that it was a call about my credit card and that it was my "last chance" to lower my credit card rates/payments. The recording said to press "1" to speak to an agent to discuss my credit account. Not knowing what the heck the call was about (because I always pay my bills on time), I was curious, so I pressed "1." A man came on the line and said, "credit card services." I asked him who he was calling for and what exactly he was calling about. He never said who he was calling for (there are 3 adults living here), but he proceeded to tell "me" that he was calling because "my" credit report had been red-flagged because "I" had outstanding credit card debt of over $3,000, was making only the minimum payments, and/or had been late with my payments. So I asked which card he was calling about, and he said, "Your Visa or MasterCard." In other words, he didn't have a specific card in mind. I asked him which credit card company he was calling on behalf of, and he a***n said my Visa or MasterCard. So I asked him who he got my information from, and he said my credit report (and went through the red-flag thing a***n). Well, he picked the wrong day to call this hot-headed, hormonal Irishwoman, and I was tired of going in circles with him. I told him that first, I don't pay my bills late, and second, I pay more than 5 times the minimum (and sometimes the full balance) on my credit card, so there ARE no red flags on my credit report. Then, I gave him an earful about how their recorded message sounds like it's from a collection agency. And when I asked for his company's name and to speak to a supervisor or manager, he ***g up on me. The more I look up this phone number on the Web, the more complaints I find about it and "Credit Card Services." Someone needs to put a stop to this, and I won't stop until I find that someone. I've had enough of this ****.

For the past 3 months this group, and others simular, have called me 3-4 times a week, sometimes twice in one day. If they aren't trying to lower my credit card interest rates they're telling me my car warranty is about to expire but can't seem to tell me what make, model or year my auto is without giving them my VIN first. When I finally got a human rep to answer my ???s she told me they get a list of****ential card holder names from Visa and Mastercard, however when I contacted both V&M they said they perform no such practice. Usually these people just **** up on you as soon as you ask them any kind of intelligent question. I am on the NDCR as well but that doesn't seem to stop these clowns. I tried being polite and ask them "what do I need to do to have your organization stop calling me?" They told me to press 2 when prompted and I told them it didn't work that's why we were talking (duh) and they ***g up. By selecting #2 when promted seemed to of resulted in more frequent calls to me. Perhaps if all of the people here on this complaint site flooded their state Attorney General offices with complaints perhaps so****ing MIGHT get done. These people working in calling boiler rooms know they're ****ing people off. You try and do the right thing by following the rules and then groups like this get away with what they do and are protected or have certain rights by law. Unfortunately WE the consumer have to jump through hoops to stop this kind of ****. The following is a list of caller ID numbers I have on these people: 904-259-4351

Performing a reverse lookup through Verizon on (904) 259-4351 you get Melissa Perry 90 Blair St Macclenny, FL 32063-2810 I have been receiving calls from (904) 259-4351 for almost a year now on a landline and on a cell phone. It is a call to lower credit card interest rates, which gives you an option to select 1 to talk to a represenative. When you do they represent themselves as "Credit Services", but they are in fact "Personal Data Systems". In the many times they have called me they have always ***g up when I asked the name of their company or to talk to a manager. This time due to research on the web (http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-904-259-4351/7), I asked if they worked for Personal Data Systems, she stumbled for a second then said yes. I asked why they represent themselves as Credit Services, why they keep ****ing up on me, and why they won't remove me from ther call list. She laughed at me! I told her that I am on the Nation Do Not Call Registry and I had reported them to the NDNCR and that I want to be removed from their call list, she said NO because I had reported them and ***g up. Also, I know with out a doubt that they got my information, at least for my cell phone from T-Mobile, as the name they asked for is only on my T-Mobile account. Personal Data Systems "PDS"

(now I KNOW it wasn't legit) I said "Do we have an account with you?" and he s****ed in with that's how we knwo to call you. and I said "you're wrong, you call ed a business and we don't have an accoutn with you" And he said" we didn't know that" and I said " But you just said you did, you waste my time now I'm gogn to waste yours" and he tried to talk over me "we'll take your number off the list" (AS IF) But I gave it to him anyway. and I yelled at him some more for wasting my time and he said "it's not that serious sir" and I Said "IT IS" lets see how I can waste YOUR TIME NOW. And he yelled back at me, and eventually ***g up.

I have been getting these calls for some time now, on a landline and on a cell phone. Today I played along and the guy (Jerry) told me that his company got my info from Experiom, and that they were one of 60 companies given my info (why would he know that?), and that I would have to ask each company to be removed from their call list. So naturally I said "ok Jerry can you remove me from your list, and oh by the way what is the name of your company so I can keep track of the companies that have removed me from their lists...CLICK" he ***g up just as all the others have when I s**** asking questions about what company they are working for. Yes I am on the do not call list and have filed a complaint with them each time I get a call... So far it is worthless but it is about all I can do. Here is a guy that got a similar call and got a little further, it sounds like this is a complete scam fishing for CCN's http://www.phonespamfilter.com/news.php/11

These people call almost everyday. There is a recording that states that they are calling about my credit and reducing the interest rate and that it is my last chance. They say they are "Credit Services." After ****ing up on the recording multiple times, I have s****ed pressing 1. The first time I told them I was on a do not call list and to remove me from their list. The second time I tried to get information and was ***g up on. The third time the woman told me she was in Tampa Florida and ***g up on me. Today, when I answered yes to their first question which is are you responding to our offer of reducing the interest rate on your cc, I said yes and they ***g up on me. It is very irritating, they call just as I am getting home, I rush to the phone and I want it to stop. I am not sure if the calls are coming from the above number because I don't have caller id, but it could be.
(904) 259-4351 - March 4th, 2009 10:48pm
Prerecorded message Telling me they have tried to reach me about reducing my interest rate on my credit card. Asks me to press 1 to speak to someone to lower my percentage rate on my credit card before it expires, or 2 to let it expire and take the rate increase. Press 1, and a person answers, "Thanks for calling Credit services, are you ready to go ahead with the credit offer?" I SAID TO THE PERSON, Is this an 'offer' or my credit card company? Because your recording said you were 'my credit card' calling." The man instantly ***g up. FURTHERMORE, when I tried to call it back, I got a “you have reached a number that has been disconnected…” message that was NOT THE SAME voice or message as the standard error/disconnected message for calls. I am willing to bet that this is part of their ploy, because that NUMBER JUST CALLED ME. I am afraid some unknowing elderly person will suc***b to this ***** "company." Many people have reported this to the DoNotCall registry or even their AG, to no avail.
(904) 259-4351 - March 6th, 2009 2:00pm
We are continually being called by this company - with various names being given when I asked for the company name. Today it was Account Services. After the pre-recorded message you are asked to press 1 to speak to someone or 2 to decline their "offer to lower your credit card interest rates." I hit 1 to talk with someone so I could a***n request being put on their Do Not Call list. I asked the name of the person I was speaking to but she would not give her name, just the company name, Account Services. She said they work with the banks for Visa, MC, American Express, and Discover credit cards to lower interest rates. I have tried to call the number back but I get a recording that the number is no longer in service or has been disconnected. As soon as I s**** to request to be put on the Do Not Call list they **** up. I have reported this number to the FTC's Do Not Call Compalint line.
(904) 259-4351 - February 17th, 2009 3:46pm
I armed myself with questions before the call. I was expecting them to call. Here is my transcript: 1. Is this a telemarketing call? No m'am (1st lie) 2. Will you tell me your full name? Misha Ish 3. What is the name of the organization you're calling from? Credit Services 4. What is the company's phone number? We don't have a phone line to call to (caller id reveals 904-259-4351) 5. Does that organization keep a list of all the phone numbers it's not supposed to call? No 6. I would like my phone number put on that list? Next time you get called and get the recording, press 2 if you don't want to get.called any longer.. (so I have to wait to get called a***n?!) 7. Can you make sure your company won't call me for any other reason? Thank you and have a good day m'am. (I repeat the question). Thank you and have a good day m'am.

I picked up the phone to a recorded message telling me that I could get my interest rate lowered, or so****ing like that. I decided to press 1 to speak to an operator, so I could tell them to take me off their list. A man with an Indian accent answered and I said to him" Sir, do you know my name?", since I was curious if these guys know who they are talking to when a call is transferred. He said "I can't*****ounce your last name. Fair enough, as my last name can be tricky. So I said "Sir, what is my first name?" and he resonded with "What is your interest rate". To which I responded "SIR. I ASKED YOU IF YOU KNOW MY FIRST NAME" to which he a***n responded with "what is your interest rate". I said "SIR TAKE ME OFF YOUR F-ING LIST!!" and ***g up. Fruitless I'm sure, but at least it made me feel a little better.

They claim to be a company called Credit Protection Services. They leave messages stating this is the last time they are going to call in regards to a credit card account. They request you press#1 to speak to a representative. They want you to qualify for a lower interest rate on your credit card, and you must pre-qualify by being $3000 or more in debt. Then they want to pre-qualify you into their program, and all you have to do is give them your account number to a master card or visa. I have requested over 11 times directly to a "rep" NOT to call a***n, and of course they do. The last time I aske dthem for a phone number to call them back with, they refused until I prequalified, but they had all my sensitive information of address, name etc. I ***g up this last time, and then they called me back from #

These people call several times a week. I have reported them to the FTC since we are on the DNC list and it seems they can't shut them down. The phone number listed is not a working number they are skirting the system somehow. When I press one to speak to someone and tell them they are breaking the law and to remove our number they don't care. They won't tell you who they are or give you a phone number you can call to get off their list. I've been told by one of them to press two to have my number removed and nothing happens. I am so sick of these people calling if I knew who it was I would file a lawsuit a***nst them. It makes me want to rip the phone out of the wall!

These calls come from what is known as a "floating call bank" which according to the phone company is virtually untraceable. Any number you may see in your caller id has been s****ed by devices that are available for such purposes. It is possible to trace these calls, but a court order is required. Next time you get a call from one of these scammers, just tell them that the FTC is offering as much as a $250,000 reward to whistle ****ers. It is likely that the operator will eventually get ripped off for his own paycheck and may be interested. At least he/she will gossip about the reward and this will make life more difficult for the scammers. Give this info to operator: FTC REWARD Allen Hile, Division of Marketing Practices 202-326-2181

got a recorded message saying that this is the last chance to lower my credit card interest rates....Press 1 to lower your rates. When you press 1 you get a live person who asks about your balance and the card type and the interest rate. Then he goes on to explain that they can lower your rate, but first you need to verify the card number with them. I explained that I don't give out my credit card number and if they wanted to have the bank lower the interest rate on my behalf, then go ahead and use the info that they already have. He got a supervisor on the phone and I explained the same thing to him....and he ***g up. Sounds like a scam to me
(904) 259-4351 - March 2nd, 2009 2:12pm
Received call and dialed 1 since there was not option to opt out. Man answered and said "Do you want to lower your credit card rate" I said I would like to be taken off your call list. He replied “That’s so sweet, Thank you sugar ****" and ***g up. I called the number back to get a number "disconnected or no longer in service" Did *69 and got the number is not in my serving area. WHAT A CROCK! This call was rude, ***iest and arrogant. When will they get caught! I researched on line and called the FTC and filed a report. I had already prior to the call joined the DNC list and still get these annoying calls.

Mark called asking if I wanted to lower my interest rates . He said that my Credit Card company gave him my information. I asked for his company's name. He gave me Credit Services. He was taking in circles when I asked if he could tell me the Credit Card number he wanted to just verify the information from me. I asked what city he was calling from he said Atlanta. I finally stopped the game. I told him I knew it was a scam, he was not calling from atlanta, his company did not exist. He s****ed laughing and told me to have a great day, he would take my name off the call list.

He said if I didn't want to lower my rates why didn't I press 2. I asked a***n what company he was with and he would not tell me. He said if I wanted to have my number put on the do not call list. They have been call me for 3 month and I am on the do not call list also. I **** up on the recording to lower your credit card interest, because I know it is just a way to scam you.But I am concerned that on another site I saw other gave out their info and all this company did was call that person credit card company and asked them to lower the consumer rate, than they charged the person credit card $500. I called the FTC and the woman told me if enough people call them they will stop this scam, she also told me to call back if the number they are using c****es. FTC(

"Credit Services" is actually Personal Data Systems "PDS" (http://personaldatasys.com/). They have called me at least ten times over the past year. When I asked for more information on the company, they ***g up on me...until last time (I guess they don't want to be reported to the FCC & National Do Not Call Registry).Their REAL phone numbers are 866-659-9866 & 866-451-2778. 904-259-4351 is not a working number (they s**** the caller id). These people call all day long. I answer and it was a recording to lower credit card interest rates. I pressed one and took me to an operator. I told her we are on the do not call list. To take my number off their list. We are not interested and stop calling. They ***g up on me. So Frustrating. I have small children in the home and the phone ringing all day with these ****** telemarketers drive me crazy. I report them to do not call registry but nothing ever happens. I even requested a seervice from our phone company trying to block these people but they stil get through. AGHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I get these calls way too often. So I decided to s**** playing with them. I have pretended to be a child, yelling for my MOMMY & then I have told them I will listen to their s***l if they first listen to mine. Then I proceed to tell them about my home made jewelry that I sell. I tell them if they buy from me, I will do business with them. I keep them on the phone as long as possible. If they can take up my time, I will take up their time! Try it . . . it can be very amusing!

This number has called me previously, and I have asked to be removed fromt their list. They claim the call is to lower your credit card rates, but they do not know your credit card type or number. The last time they called, I barely got 2 words out and the girl ***g up on me. When I used my caller id and called the number back, the recording said, "We're sorry, this number has been disconnected, or is no longer in service. If you feel you have reached this # in error...." How can we locate the owner of this number?
(904) 259-4351 - March 2nd, 2009 5:45pm
As soon as I answered the phone, a recording began stating "This is your credit card company. This is our third & final attempt to reach you before we raise your interest rates. To avoid your interest rates being raised, press "1" to speak with a customer service representative now". I did NOT press "1". I feel like this is some kind of telemarketer/scam since it just stated "Your credit card company". It didn't state a specific-named company, nor was it a live person. I haven't seen any type of postal mail with this type of info. Will not answer the phone a***n when this number calls.

I pressed 1, talked to someone, asked company information, Credit Services in Atlanta, Ga. Asked to speak to supervisor, he got nasty, told him I was on do not call list and he asked me why I had been wasting his time and ***g up on me. Got another call last night, this time it was a female, same routine, Credit Services. I told her I was on the do not call list and I had filed one complaint last week, would file another one today and she said "fine. We will call you back a***n so you can file a 3rd complaint.

Recorded call, "last one I will ever get if I do not sign up," but they keep on calling frequently. Going to reduce the interest charge on my credit card. I pay my bills when I get them so I have never in my 82 years of life paid any interest on a credit card bill. When I try to call back to the number on caller ID, I am told that it is not a working number. I suspect they would ask for my credit card number and there's not a chance in a trillion that I would give it to them

Calling and complaining to the FCC doesn't seem to help either. What they do if your # us unlisted they just go down the phonebook and look at the next # that not there and call one ask me If my name and she though it was the name of the town I lived in so just random # they are using. They don't take no for a answer,so the best thing to do, don't answer the phone, they were calling twice know they are down to once. But maby useing a fog horn after pressing #1 will stop them I might try it.

This number called at 11:01AM EST. A recording (female voice) said they had tried several time to reach me (not true) and it would be my last chance to lower my credit card rate. We have also been getting similar calls saying our debit card from a local Credit union was suspended and we needed to respond immediately. They have been calling people who do not even do business with that credit union. Law enforcement is aware of these scams. It is a phishing scam to obtain your credit or debit card information, according to law enforcement.

This number calls me frequently. A recorded voice informs me "this is my last chance to obtain a lower interest rate; press '1' to speak to a representative". So, I press '1' and ask who they are or why they are calling a 'do not call number'. Seldom any conversation, as soon as they hear my question they **** up with a CLICK and no other s***ch. I have reported this as FCC DO NOT CALL violation multiple times, but no joy from their responses. ) One time a snippy lady responded "My callback number is '911', then she ***g up....)
(904) 259-4351 - January 8th, 2009 12:57am
this is the second call from them. when i called back i got a recording saying that it was disconnected. i did a reverse search and found the number in maclenny florida. i sent a email to the city manager to please check it out and let me know what he finds out. told him that it gives his town a bad name to have scammers there. i tried blocking the number but my carrier wont allow me to block it. i am going to call in morning and see what can be done about it.
(904) 259-4351 - March 2nd, 2009 3:31pm
The pre-precorded message states that they are calling from Credit Card Services, offering to lower rates on my credit card with their bank. My bank knows NOTHING about them. I pressed #1 to speak to a rep. She asked if I would like to lower my rates. I told her no, I wanted to let you know that I am reporting you for calling a non-solicitors phone number. She quickly ***g up. I have a feeling they are trying to obtain personal information from people for iden***y theft. I hope they get caught!
(904) 259-4351 - March 11th, 2009 7:37pm
I get calls several times a week from this number offering to lower my high interest credit card bills. The first part is automated. If you wish to speak to a representative, press "1". Well I did and this cheerful man's voice asked if I was responding to an opportunity to cut my high rate credit cards. When I told him no, I was calling to ask them to stop calling me, he ***g up on me. I called the number back and got a recording that said the number was no longer in service.
(904) 259-4351 - January 13th, 2009 6:24pm
I think it's a credit card scam. It's an automated message dealing with your credit card debt. you have to press 1 to talk to someone. After pressing 1 the call was forwarded to another #. That number doesn't show on my caller ID. When the call was forwarded I was ***g up on when I asked why they keep calling? So I revese looked up the number on whitepages.com and it comes back with: Melissa Perry home 385 Barbara Cir Macclenny, FL 32063-5576 (904) 259-4351 I Want these calls to stop. I don't own a credit card.
(904) 259-4351 - February 18th, 2009 10:23pm
I got a recorded message that this is their last attempt to contact me regarding my credits cards and to press one to speak to a representative. I pressed one and when the customer service rep answered, she asked if I was wanting to discuss my credit cards. I told her no, I wanted to discuss them not calling me anymore. She ***g up. I went to switchboard.com and did a reverse phone search and the number traced back to a couple in Florida. When you call the number back you get a recording that it has been disconnected.
(904) 259-4351 - February 21st, 2009 12:00am
I got a phone call at 9 p.m. telling me that ththey have been trying to get a hold of me regarding my credit card...not saying which one and that this is the last time they will call with lower interest rates. when I push 1 to connect to someone and I ask why they are calling me they put me on hold and then **** up. I dont even own a credit card except for prepaid cards. I have asked to be put on the DO NOT CALL list but every month they still call.
(904) 259-4351 - February 20th, 2009 7:10pm
Regarding calls from 904-259-4351... these folks need to be reported to the US Attorney Generals Office!! The call s****s out saying that you're late on a credit card payment and to please hold. I didn't get all the way through the call but it sounds like they want to try to get you to sign up for a credit card. I s****ed asking very pointed questions about their automated message and they ***g up on me. I plan to file a complaint. I am also on the National Do Not Call list!
(904) 259-4351 - January 29th, 2009 12:27am
An automated message told me to hit 1 for more information on lowering credit card percentage rates. So I did. I asked the lady who she was calling for. She said who ever lives in the house with major credit cards. She said you have to have over $3000 in credit card debt with major credit cards to be eligible for this program. She explained it but it sounds like a scam. I have been on the do not call list for many years but it doesn't stop them!!
(904) 259-4351 - January 16th, 2009 12:45pm
Said it was a credit services trying to get ahold of me and has called me several times before and this was my very last call.I stayed on the line and pressed 1 to talk to Richard and I said I am on the DNC list and please remove me.He slammed the phone down in my ear.call came in at 9 am this morning.I see it is another call from the state of Florida.Everybody I have turned in is from Florida.I wished there was a way to block the whole state from calling me.
(904) 259-4351 - January 26th, 2009 7:10pm
It sound like a credit card debit collector. A prerecorded tape...stating about "This is your Final attempted notice" and regarding lowering your interest rates for your credit card. It stated to either press 1 or 2. I did not press neither ****on, I waited to see if someone would pick up phone...apparently call disconnected. Please, don't press any of those selection they give you. That's a possible scam giving an okay to perhaps place charges on your phone bill from another country. As I as advised by a spokesperson from Verizon. Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL!
(904) 259-4351 - January 29th, 2009 6:14pm
The pre-recorded message urgently tells me that I must re-finance my credit card. I jot down the displayed telephone number while listening to the garbage. Smelling the stink of yet another telemarketer, I press "1" to get an operator. When I get someone, I politely ask if I can call back and could they give me a number...they pause, say they are new and will look it up...about five seconds later, I'm disconnected. Of course, when I dial the number that was displayed on caller I.D., it is no longer in service. These people...what ****s! (clever ****s), but ****s!
(904) 259-4351 - January 8th, 2009 11:41pm
Like everyone else I received the call from this number. They say there are Credit Services. I am on national do not call list and should not be receiving these calls. If these are scammers, you the people that have already been charged on credit card by these people, call the police and your credit card company. You have the necessary information to track them down on your credit card statement. Since the phone number is bogus (disconnected when called), you are the only people that have any legit information on nailing these ****s.
(904) 259-4351 - January 16th, 2009 1:34pm
Some company has been calling me several times EXECY DAY to advertise his service of "Lowering the interest rates on my credit cards." I was prompted to 'press one to show interest' which I did, where a non-American voice staretd the spiel about "since you have been so good about paying all your carde on time..." When I asked "Which cards exactly are we speaking about, he ***g up on me." *69 revealed the number above, which, when dialed, came back as disconnected or not in service. VERY INTERESTING.
(904) 259-4351 - February 24th, 2009 2:45pm
I have received numerous calls from this number stating they are calling about my credit card account. I know it is a scam of some sort because I do not even have or use a credit card!! I am on the do not call list and cannot figure out why they keep calling me. I have asked them over and over to remove my number and still get calls. Every time I try to chew them out or ask WHY they are calling, they just **** up!
(904) 259-4351 - February 1st, 2009 3:32pm
Recording s****s call to offer a lower credit card interest rate; you hold for an operator. I don't have any interest rates that need lowering so I ask what credit card of mine it is for, which they have no answer for. I've have asked them numerous times to put me on their do not call list. This time, the operator ***g up on me. I've reported them to the National Do Not Call website also but they never seem to get them to stop the calls.
(904) 259-4351 - February 19th, 2009 10:36pm
Recorded message stated that they could reduce my credit card rates. Person who came on line stated that I had been making my payments on time and that "they" could reduce my rates. Refused to answer questions about how it was that I had accounts with them, how they got access to my financial data, and eventually ***g up on me. If this scam is a front for a law-firm, an ethics complaint should be filed a***nst the firm and the lawyers involved because this is actionable misrepresentation.
(904) 259-4351 - March 5th, 2009 5:04pm
The call was a recording concerning lowering my credit card interest rate. Press one to talk to some one, so I did to tell them to remove my number from their calling list. The woman s****ed screaming at me telling me she was trying to lower my interest rate. When I continuted telling her to remove my name she s****ed hitting the keys to make me **** up. Very unprofessional and a***nst the law since we are on the federal government's do not call list
(904) 259-4351 - February 27th, 2009 11:34pm
recorded message says"we have tried several times to contact you about lowering you intrest rate on your existing credit card. This is the last time we will call" I've received this call multiple times when I finally answered by pressing 1 and asking the person that answered what credit card I had of thiers he just kept on talking over me. I repeated what card of ours they are talking about several times. The man hollered at me "we will keep calling you back till you co-operate".Then ***g up.
(904) 259-4351 - January 28th, 2009 5:00am
I am on the do not call list also. I have received serveral recordings saying they want to reduce my interest rate on my credit cards and want me to hit # 1 or 2 on the telephone and I just **** up because even thou I would like to give them a piece of my mind in my own voice, it might be a long distance charge. My daughter got the same call while I was visiting her one day. Can't so****ing be done to stop this.
(904) 259-4351 - February 10th, 2009 7:38pm
I called AT&T to report this call. Even though I am on the do not call list, I still receive calls from this number. I was told by the repair dept.that right after the call, I should hit *(star)57. This will send this number directly to the annoynois department and they will log it in and they will do their thing. Also, their direct number is 800 281 6920; office hours M-F, 6A-5P. I hope that this info will help some of you guys.
(904) 259-4351 - January 8th, 2009 5:00am
Just got one from this #. We've gotten several before, always with information on lowering our interest rates on credit cards (which they cannot identify). I pretended to be sick and spoke softly. The guy asked what it was I just said, and I replied that I had laryngitis and could he please turn his volume up. Then I screamed, as loud as I could, "QUIT CALLING ME, FOOL!" That will do nothing, in all likelihood, to stop the calls, but I felt a lot better....
(904) 259-4351 - March 5th, 2009 3:00pm
Call was a pre-recorded message with an "urgent" notice; this was their last attempt at notifying me of an offer to lower my credit card rate. I've received same message a number of times from a variety of numbers. When called back, I receive a message the number is disconnected. If you press "1" to speak with a representative and ask to be removed from their data base, they **** up on you. I've reported to FCC and DO Not Call List.
(904) 259-4351 - March 11th, 2009 12:28pm
This is the second time in the past hour that I've received an "Unknown Name" call. The first was from a company that's reported to ask if you'd like to use their pharmacy for diabetic needs and/or *****ile dysfunction. Since I've never heard of the pharmacy before, I have ignored their calls. The most recent caller (904-259-4351) didn't leave a message. I guess no one pays attention to the Federal "Do Not Call" Registry since they can make calls as "Unknown Name."
(904) 259-4351 - March 3rd, 2009 3:04pm
I have received several calls from these characters. I have reported them to the FCC three times but they keep calling. The funny thing is that I have no credit card debt but they don't seem to care. If they suspect I am trying to find out who they are, they **** up. They called a***n today and after I pushed *69 I as told that the number was not available. I am also on the do not call list.
(904) 259-4351 - January 8th, 2009 10:51pm
I am so sick of getting calls from these scammers. This was the one about lowering credit card interest rates. They called Tues. of this week and told me that they would take me off of their automated phone list. Of course, they never do that. And tonight the lady ***g up on me. I always file a complaint with the FCC and another on the do-not-call list. And I would urge everyone who gets these calls to file complaints! There is strength in numbers.
(904) 259-4351 - February 10th, 2009 9:05pm
here is the message I got--- WE HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH YOU. THIS IS YOUR FINAL COURTESY CALL BEFORE WE ARE UNABLE TO LOWER YOUR CREDIT CARD INTEREST RATES. PRESS ONE TO SPEAK TO OUR MEMBER SERVICES DEPARTMENT OR PRESS TWO AND YOUR ELIGIBILITY TO LOWER YOUR RATES WILL EXPIRE. When I attempted to call them back on 90425***51 I was told the number was disconnected. MR RAN DAVID BARNEA---do not call me a***n. Check out the website heatherwithaccountservices
(904) 259-4351 - February 4th, 2009 11:46pm
Gave name Credit Services. Said "works with your existing Visa and Mastercard to lower your rates" Kept asking question to "qualify" me. Had to press hard to find out they want to re-negotiate my interest rates and payments with the credit card companies. At first, their pitch came across as if they were one of my credit cards. When I asked the full name of the company stated "Credit Services". Then when I requested my cell phone be removed from the call list, she ***g up.
(904) 259-4351 - March 7th, 2009 12:37am
I get this call multiple times per week. I called back once and ask to be removed from their list and was ***g up on by a man with an India accent. I tried to call right back and the number was disconected. Funny since I had just talk to someone and pushed redial. There has to be a way to stop this. I'm on the do not call list. Does anyone know how to get this stopped?
(904) 259-4351 - March 10th, 2009 9:40am
When I answer this caller, there is no one there. Sometimes when I answer, it puts me on hold as if I called them, and keeps saying over and over: please hold your call is important to us, someone will be with you shortly. Then eventually ****s up after saying: all representatives are busy, please call back later! I didn't call them! They called me!!!! This is crazy and I have no idea of who is calling me!
(904) 259-4351 - February 13th, 2009 5:06pm
A recorded message said it was my credit card company calling with the last chance to lower my interest rate. It said "press 1" to speak to a representative or "press 2" to refuse to lower my interest rate. I pressed 1 and spoke to a live person who said "did you press 1 to lower your interest rate?" I said, "no, I pressed 1 to find out who you are and why you're calling me." He ***g up.
(904) 259-4351 - January 2nd, 2009 4:18pm
The opening was a recording saying that this was one of my credit cards calling about a serious matter and asking that I touch "1". I was connected to Chris who explained that they were offering a way to reduce the interest on my credit card(s). I asked for the company name and he answered "Credit Services". I asked for the location of the company and he ***g up promptly. This was the second identical occurance in ten days we the same reaction to questions.
(904) 259-4351 - February 10th, 2009 12:24pm
I was told that I needed to pick up the phone to get lower credit card rates and this was my last opportunity. I have been called by these fools daily for the past 3 months and I am sick and tired of their nonsense. If I were interested I would pick up. I tried to call that number but the call could not go through. Just make them stop!! I am on the no-call list.
(904) 259-4351 - February 10th, 2009 4:42pm
did not identify themselves - instead opening message stated that this is the "final" attempt at trying to reach - and if there was no response that the interest rate (of my credit card) would be increased - what kind of SCAM is this? no idea - when i did get connected to a "human", s/he was extremely rude and ***g up when i asked a question! i am on a "no call" list - who are they trying to prey on?
(904) 259-4351 - February 13th, 2009 12:04am
Receive calls from this number or similar number several times a day. So****ing to do with a credit card rates... I don't HAVE a credit card!If you try to call the number back you get a recording stating the number has been disconnected. If you press 1 a person picks up but when you state you are not interested in what they are selling they immediately **** up! My phone number is on the 'do not call list'... what a joke that is.
(904) 259-4351 - January 5th, 2009 4:33pm
This number continually calls and I generally ignore it because I do not recognize it as a "friendly and known" number. If I choose to ignore the call, the caller leaves no message. I tried to answer it today, as I have a few other times to to them to stop calling, the line simply goes dead shortly after I answer. It is creepy and I am sure this is a scam of some sort, or possibly a predator.
(904) 259-4351 - January 26th, 2009 5:00am
The rep would not give me a call back number or thier company's name. He said he wanted to lower all credit card rates. When I told him I was on the National Do Not Call list he got defensive and ***g up.If you got this call and are on the National Do Not Call list as I am, please file a complaint like I did. The more we file the more the government will have to take action. Best regards

Begins with recorded voice claiming so****ing about one's credit card, final chance to get lower rate... I pressed the key to get through to a person, intending to get company name and point out that we're on DNC registry. Person read a script to the effect that because I had made my payments on time I was eligible to lower the rates on ALL my existing Visa and Master Cards. He ***g up immediately on being asked which bank was calling.
(904) 259-4351 - February 19th, 2009 5:00am
I was home today when they called, it said it was important information about my credit card account, it went on to say they could save me money. For a represenative press 1. I did this and got a real person!!!!! She asked me if I would like to lower my credit card rate. I told her NO!!!! that I wanted them to quit calling me. SHE ***G UP ON ME HOW RUDE!!!!! at least I listened to their mess***.
(904) 259-4351 - March 6th, 2009 9:00am
I get the call daily. It is a recording telling me that this is the final offer for credit card protection (the message is almost identical to the extended warranty call I get for my car). I have followed menu prompts and have talked to a "human" to request that I be removed from their call list. He/she always ****s up on me. Always. Return calls to the number are a waste of time because you need an access code.
(904) 259-4351 - March 12th, 2009 1:34pm
They claimed they can lower the rate on my credit card. I have a good rate on mine, and this is my work phone, not personal. I do not mix up my personal business with my work business. It's frustrating when I receive more of these spam calls than calls related to my work. I have doubts about the DNC as there will always be people who want to make a quick dollar without putting much work into it.
(904) 259-4351 - March 6th, 2009 3:20pm
Got two calls from these jokers just in one day! They ***g up when I asked them for their company name and phone number. To stop their little game, please support the 2009 anti Caller ID s****ing Senate Bill... Senate Bill 30. ***le: A bill to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to prohibit manipulation of caller identification information. Sponsor: Sen Nelson, Bill [FL] (introduced 1/7/2009) you can go to thomas.loc.gov and look it up. Then write to your senator here to get it supported! senate.gov
(904) 259-4351 - February 26th, 2009 11:36pm
I have been receiving calls daily from this number wanting to lower my credit rates. I have asked to be taken off their list and I still get calls although usually when I try to connect through to tell them off they don't say anything. I am on the do not call list so they shouldn't be calling me at all. Doing a reverse look-up says this number belongs to: Melissa Perry 385 Barbara Cir Macclenny, FL 32063-5576
(904) 259-4351 - January 10th, 2009 6:09pm
They want your credit card numbers so they can charge your card money for tryng to falsely lower your rates. They are not from your credit card company. They are telemarketers. Report them on the DO NOT CALL webite so they can and will investigate them. The more complaints the better. https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx It's fast and easy to report fraud and you only help stop this type of fraud when you take time to report this type of trash.
(904) 259-4351 - February 6th, 2009 2:09pm
My Caller ID read "out of area." I am so used to these calls by now that I am in the habit of picking up the receiver and dropping it immediately to disconnect the call. In this way, I have invented my very own personalized "will not talk to" list, as certainly my registration on the National Do Not Call list is about as meaningful as a slice of swiss cheese a***nst a raging river.
(904) 259-4351 - January 15th, 2009 9:31pm
Happens several times a week at all hours of the day, automated warning that "last chance to lower your credit card rate", I press 1 and get connected to someone who identifies the company as Credit Services, I ask to be placed on their do not call list and sometimes they say "ok" and **** up but most times they just **** up. But these scammers keep calling. I am also on the Fed DNC list as well.
(904) 259-4351 - January 29th, 2009 3:48pm
We receive at least several calls a week from a Florida # or this # or unknown #. They say it is last chance to lower interest points on credit card. Once I clicked yes and when I asked the questions. I also told them I need information and their number to call them back after I discussed with my spouse. They ***g up on me. This is s scam and should be reorted to the FTC.
(904) 259-4351 - February 4th, 2009 11:26pm
THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR SOME TIME - SO THIS EVENING I VISITED WITH ONE OF THEIR OPERATORS AND A FLOOR SUPERVISOR - ASKED THEM TO CALL BACK ON THE "HOUSE PHONE' - SINCE THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME I WILL JUST BEGIN TO WASTE THEIR TIME! LETS ALL DO THE SAME - GIVE THEM THE WRONG CREDIT CARD 800 NUMBERS THE ASK FOR - ANYONE KNOW A DAIL A PRAYER NUMBER - OR SO****ING ELSE.
(904) 259-4351 - January 14th, 2009 1:00pm
They stated that they had "important information about my credit card" (I dont use credit cards at all!) When the woman got on the line and I asked her to stop calling she stated that 40 other companies use this number and that I can press 2 to have them stop calling-the same thing she told me 15 other times, each of which I pressed two and nothing happened. Sometimes these people call me after 9PM!
(904) 259-4351 - January 29th, 2009 12:33pm
Said they were from Credit Card Services and said they have been desperately trying to reach me and if I didn't press "1" and speak to someone it would be the last time I would have the opportunity to get my credit card rates lowered. I KNEW this was a scam, but I hit "1" to chew someone out. However, when I got transferred over to someone, they just ***g up on me. Good for them!
(904) 259-4351 - February 10th, 2009 1:46pm
They call several times a week at all hours of the day or night.I think its kind of funny they waste there time and money doing this and since they don't show who it is all they get is my answering Ma****e and it will hold thousands of calls so every so often I just delete them.I turn the ringer's off on my phones at night anyway so they don't wake me .too bad ...Huh?
(904) 259-4351 - March 11th, 2009 8:29pm
The gentleman that we spoke to wanted to know if we knew why they were calling. We told him to take our number off of their calling list expecially since we are on the do not call list. This same company has called multiple times per week. When we told him that we are reporting this number to the public service commission, he stated do what we have to do. It did not concern him.
(904) 259-4351 - March 4th, 2009 4:34pm
Call comes as a recording saying they have been trying to contact you to lower your credit card rate and to press 1 to speak to someone. I pressed one as I wanted to ask to be put on do not call list... they just **** right up on me and I've done this before and they still call. when you try to call the number back - it says it's been disconnected.
(904) 259-4351 - January 8th, 2009 7:32pm
Number showed up on caller ID. Here is what you do. Go buy a cheap hand held recorder. Then record about 15 seconds of a fax tone. When a call comes and you don't recognize the caller, pick up the recorder, open the phone line, and then play the recorded fax tone in to the phone speaker. They will not call back a***n. Do this to all telemarketers.
(904) 259-4351 - January 14th, 2009 5:46pm
I have experienced so****ing similar to others on this site. They call over and over. I've asked multiple times to be removed from the list, when I asked to talk to a supervisor he ***g up and today I asked which credit card they were calling regarding and the call was disconnected. This is very frustrating. I have two small children and have better things to do with my time.
(904) 259-4351 - February 25th, 2009 8:11pm
This company is calling as if you have a credit card and if you don't pay your debt they will raise your interest rate. I pressed the # 1 and spoke to a representative. She asked me if I wanted to lower my interest rate. I told her I do not own a credit card and she ***g up. This is uncalled for. Are they trying to get my information for Iden***y Theft???
(904) 259-4351 - March 2nd, 2009 11:22pm
I have received repeated calls from this number - about refinancing existing credit card debt (of which I have none). When I ask for info or to be removed from their calling list, they **** up on me. I then called back on caller ID and get the "this number is no longer in service" message. And yes, I am on the national do not call list. Just beware.

Caller refuses to identify how I can return the call and will not give a number. They want my credit card details "to lower my interest rates." When I asked them which credit card they called about, the guy got testy and refused to let me talk to the supervisor and said they would not be able to remove my number from their list. They MUST be stopped and jailed for this fraud.

This caller calls almost daily (sometimes 2 times a day to a State of Texas business line. When I speak to the telemarketer, they say that I can remove my number by pressing 2 but they will remove it. After several times with the same answer, I was told that it takes 20 days...not true. If you call the number it states that it is no longer in service.

this was a recorded call about lowering interest rates. I pressed 1 to speak to a rep. I asked her what company she represents, and she said her company negotiates with all the credit card companies. I then asked for her company's mailing address. Then she ***g up on me!! I called the number back and I got a "this number is no longer in service" message 1154

Ignoring the fact that I am on the national no-call list, I received a call from a computer generated "voice" promising to reduce my credit card interest rate. I was invited to press a key to speak with a represen***ive. I did so, was connested to a live operator of whom I informed I was on the no-call list and I asked the name of his company, he ***g up.

recording. press 1 to get so****ing. after a few seconds line goes dead. press 2 to get your phone # off the list. do this and you are dis-connected. I think that this type of call is to check to see if the phone # is a valid number. pressing 1 verifies that there is a human to answer the phone. pressing 2 also verifies someone is there to answer the phone. Other ph#'s not to answer are:

I have been getting calls from this number for several months. I have hit the #2 ****on to take me off their calling list, I have talked to the rude telemarketers who **** up on you when you politely ask them to please stop calling. I am on the "do not call list" but it doesn't seem to work. What can be done about these scam people.
