The caller was a recording saying that an east Texas inmate was trying to reach my number, but I have a block. The recording went on to tell me how I can set up a pre-paid account of 55.00 do that I can talk with the inmate. I have no idea of who this inmate can be. Nor do I know how they got my cell phone number.

This seemed to be, as in the previous note, a person name Juan trying to make a phone call to my number. I know no Juan in prison. This call was made to my phone twice and a voice mail left wanting the 55.00 dollars as mentioned so this person could make the call.
