Same here... What is TRULY concerning is that I called Kohl's fraud dept since I don't even have a Kohl's account and I got someone who didn't seem to know what to do about it. I asked her if they have a data base to track things like this and she said no. I asked her if she has had other callers reporting these phone numbers and she said no. I asked her if she was even going to do anything about it like reporting the number to the government or their legal dept OR SOMEONE and she said "she guessed she could tell her supervisor about it". I swear if I end up being a target for fraud from this, I'm going to sue Kohl's for not taking action about letting someone use their name in a fraud scheme without reporting it to anyone....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: I did some more research and found out this really is one of Kohl's collection agencies... I got through by entering bogus numbers as my account number and a bogus number for my last 4 SSN. I got through to a collection rep who looked my number up and said it was linked to someone else's account. They SAID they removed it, but we will see. If I ever had any thoughts of getting a Kohl's card, this sure made sure that I won't. WOW. You can report them to the governing body which is the Federal Trade Commission. There web site is very good and has the form that you can send which will stop the calls if you have a valid debt with Kohls. Good luck. THEY ****

I do not even have an account with Kohl's (never have), but I keep getting calls from this number...I've called Kohl's customer service twice and both times they acknowledged that I do not have an account with them and said they would get my number off their calling list... but they called a***n today and left no message a***n.The next time I even think about shopping there, this will be in the forefront of my memory and I'll probably look elsewhere.Is it possible for someone else to be calling me but 'ghosting' their caller ID to look like Kohl's customer service #? It is difficult for me to imagine that Kohl's would keep making this mistake.

I've been getting these **** UP calls at work at least twice per dayfor over two months now! . During evening hours they call from another number 414-257-2339. I've done research and it is coming from Kohl's credit center. I do not have an account with them. I have never even shopped there! I have been speaking with them for three weeks now trying to resolve it. They claim to not have record of my phone number in their system. I'm trying to see if Verizon can block the calls. It is getting very annoying...
