I cannot count the numerous calls I have gotten from this "John" character during the past two weeks. At first I thought it was a human on the line talking to me, but then it became apparent, that it was a recorded message, the same identical recorded message every single call, telling me someone had paid for my Medic Alert service, that they wanted to set up the final arrangements for delivery of the device, etc... W***ver is doing this is relentless... Yes, I did call them for information on their service a couple months ago, but NOOOOO, I did not want to be harassed two and three times a day, every time I turned around. Besides annoying me, all they have accomplished is to lose a prospective customer who wouldn't do business with them if MY life depended on it, as they so seem to think.

SCAM ALERT! This is a recorded message from "John" claiming to be with Emergency Medical Alert Systems. He says WE have ordered their system & already paid for it as well as shipping- BULL! The message says press 1 to speak with rep about setting up delivery. I have been resear****g alert systems for an elderly parent, but I have NOT ordered or paid for one. I would NOT deal with this company even if they paid ME! Intentionally misleading! Pressing 1 gets you to a sales rep at a call center where they take orders from several similar companies. I complained about the misleading message & will also file FTC/Attorney General complaints. PLUS- they are faking (Caller ID s****ing) a non-existent cell phone number. SCAM!

I received a phone call from this number about 5 min ago. The caler identified himself as "Hi, this is John from the shipping department of the emergency medical..." - I did not allow him to talk longer, did **** up on him at the 'medical' word. Caller ID showed 'wireless caller'. Did not look like it was a recorded message, but never know. I figured I am calling back the number to see who picks it up (if someone does). At the second ring it says "Thank you for calling, to talk to our representative, please press 0". I did **** up at this point. I am located in Houston, and it seems the area code is located in Longview, TX, and identified as a landline.

Have recived numerous calls from this company. This is the first time using "wireless caller" in the caller ID. They call from numerous different numbers. I have also gotten calls from them with "Bank of America" in the caller ID. You can block this number, but expect to get the same call from another number. If you listen to all the call they allow you to push a number to be removed from their calling list, which sometimes will stop them for a month or so. It is a scam to sign up for medical alert monitoring, and mainly targets the elderly.

Get calls from this guy several times a week sometimes more than once a day. Called number back today and operator said it was not a working number less than a minute after someone used it to call. I pressed 5 about a week ago and the calls stopped until now...I am getting really tired of this. Must have gotten at least 15 to 20 calls since it first s****ed.
