The message pertained to getting a lower rate; the recording used a lady's voice and was obviously playing during my outgoing announcement because the beginning was cut off. Why can't the FCC/FTC or whomever track and shut these scammers down?

Trying to force me to give personal info to get some credit card I say not interested they try and bully. Then I say Please remove and before I can finish they **** up on me.I want the calls stopped. I have called back told them to remove me they say they will then a week later here comes another call.

Telemarketing call to reduce credit card rates. I pressed one and told Theresa that she just cost her company $11k for violating the Do-Not-Call Registry. She didn't care and ***g up on me. The registry works for legitimate telemarketers but not for these s***bags who just don't care.
