I don't think they are spammers. I think they are working for Charter. She called and wanted to combine and give me a better rate than what I currently pay. Unfortunately, she had me down at an address in a different town. I could have c****ed then, but now where I currently live (different city) I am unable to use Charter services. She was nice though.
