They are legit. It is humana and when you call it ball normally you'll get a recording asking you how your service was and if you have had problems getting your prescription filled. I've gotten this call several times ams normally it is always a recording I think I did talk to a customer rep maybe once

this is Humana trying to get you to c****e your prescription filling to mail order instead of the pharmacy because it's cheaper for them

I have received serveral calls from this number. Say they are Humana and need to talk with about my presciptions. Makes it sound urgent. They want a 7 diget number? Getting about two calls a day from this number.

they left a recorded message that they are humana and they have important information about my prescription drug plan. The creepy part was that they knew my name, first and last. Told me to call 888-776-9646 back and enter a 7 digit priority number. I didn't though.

The same thing as mac. They said they were Humana and had important Rx info, but then when I went along with it they transferred me to HERTZ RENT-A-CAR! Then I was connected to a Hertz agent who seemed to not understand what was going on.

Recorded message saying they are Humana. and have info regarding c****e in my insurance prescription coverage. Humana does not show on caller ID so I never answer. A reputable company would show their name. This is not how Humana contacts their insured. I receive a call approximately every two weeks from a different 888 number, plus they c****e the Priority Code they give for call back and date necessary to call back by. I have no idea who this is, but would guess a scam to get important info from me. I'll never respond to these calls; but I may contact Humana to let them know this is happening; although, they probably have already been made aware of it by others.
