Hello Mike,What planet are you from?  You are probably a criminal yourself.   These are scam phone calls from scam artists and s***bags to hard working people who don't owe them anything at all.  So, why should they pay them one cent.  I would not pay them a penny!!!  I have gotten plenty of scam phone calls saying thry will prosecute and send me to jail and I am still here.  I just ignore these idiots because they belong in jail!!!

Hello Everyonethis is for all people who are in legal matter .Attention Criminal this is not scam so don't think this is scam ...there are lot of people who is involved in legal matter ...may be they are not eligible for future production,they have authority to do everything those people who think that is call center..its is not call center that is legal office.so from my experience..people want resolve this matter because u know very well ...you have done so****ing a***nst law..Take Care .God Bless you..

I have been recieveing these calls yet a***n... from Steven and Nish about a Federal Inestigation I haven't take any loan from a company called Cash Net and Mr Steven and Nish from the messages I have recieved have both ***g up on me and have both told me to get lost when I stated that I was not the person they are looking for and that my number is registered witht the National Do Not Call list as well as my work. I a***n go get lost and dont call us 'Click". Well dont call me...then. How can they not understand that we know they are not a realy company when none of them speak english and they are all exremely rude. So****ing has to be done about this as there is more and more of it going on. The first time around in December it was from a different number but same messages...except at that time they were threating me with you will go to jail and if you dont comply someone will be there to arrest you tomorrow, I asked for there company name and for proof it was me I never once gave my SSN of DOB. However this time around they know it but I did not confirm it.when they asked if I was this person with this DOB and this SSN i just said you have the wrong person. How are they getting our information is my questions. I have not done any online anything in fear that this would somehow happen.Its just out of control and needs to stop where can I go and what can I do I have already registered there last number witht he state?

The icing on the cake is that I wasn't even legally responsible for what the companies were trying to collect from me.  They had the wrong James.

Mike, If these companies are so legitimate, and there is nothing to worry about it in handling things in a legal fashion, then why in the world would there be websites with ***dreds and thousands of people complaining at how rude, inappropriate, unprofessional, and down right ILLEGAL these people are?  Can you explain this to the average american citizen. Unfortunately, I was put in a situation with many of the people posting on these sites.  After I experienced this same level of rudeness, unprofessionalism, and illegal tactics by these 'collectors, investigators, legal people who claim they can have me and my parents thrown in jail" (I've heard it all.), I filed complaints, took legal action, and had many of these companies fined. The sad part is that none of these companies learn from their mistakes or even understand what human to human customer service consists.  Once they accomplish this, maybe more people will be willing to pick up the telephone.  Unfortunately, this is not the case.

I called my local F.B.I office, they told me there is nothing you can do about it, he said they're ***dreds of calls made like this each day. He also noted, they're just scams, people trying to scam you for money. Do not answer, Do not call back, completely ignore them. Further more there might be a place to file a complaint about the number but that's about it, nothing else can be done.*I just received this call no more than 10 minutes ago, some guy named Jerry ***t. NOTICE how the phone call cuts out on certain words, it's all a ploy to scam people for money, nothing on the phone call that's important like the name of the department they're calling from is ****led.Don't waste your time on the phone with these people!!*The number popped on my cell phone like this "Name Unavailable" followed by the numbers "0000"

There is nothing legal about your company.  Your message does not even make sense.  Keep calling my number and you will find yourself in SEVERE legal trouble.  I can make it happen!!

Because its very panicky if a person is taking a loan & not paying back moreover blaming the loan company cant even resist, if you guys are so sure that you haven't taken any loan,why you all are afraid to deal this in Legal way.With Regards,Mike

Got a voice mail from this number...all I could decipher was "federal investigation" --got a hold of them the next day and a Mr. Daly or Davis (Roger) explained to me that I owe them money from taking a cash advance.  After he finished talking, I let him know it wasn't me who took out the advance and I would not be settling any debt.  I explained he could send me written correspondence and I would be in contacted with my attorney.  He stated he would not send anything and would fax information to my attorney.  He also stated if I realized what this meant by not settling.  I a***n stated he could send the information to me and I will be in contact with my attorney.  He then ***g up on me.  I called back, asked for his name and company name--he ***g up on me...I called back...he then stated his company name "is not possible to obtain" and ***g up a***n. I immediately contact the County District Attorney's Office, Fraud Division who then sent me to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).  I filed the complaint and placed alerts with the credit bureaus.  AS A REMINDER BEFORE YOU GIVE OR AGREE TO ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE PLEASE GET THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU ARE SPEAKING WITH (FIRST AND LAST), COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER, AND REASON FOR THE CALL.  DO NOT LET THEM JUST S**** TALKING OVER YOU.

Don't respond to this w**ker, Rosy. Scam.

File a complaint with the FCC. Scam artists trying to get money.  US Atty's office well aware of the scam.  Check out the BB Bureau's website for more info.

I am getting call after call from these people who make threats, and who originally speak with a foreign tongue.  7 calls in a row today!!!!  Calling my work number too!!!  Are you kidding me????  Someone needs to shut these people down.  They're fake and phony by all accounts.  I want it stopped.
