Got the same Restricted call from the following number: 888-60-9440. I didn’t answer the phone however a man left a voicemail message advising to call back due to a complaint that I have or some sort. The caller named Steven Taylor advised to call back the toll free number and reference the following file number: 307714. ( The man spoke very quick and left out information in the voicemail)

Calls stating there's a complaint on and to contact the firm at 888-260-9440 for any questions regarding case number X. Individual the "complaint" is about has been deceased for years. They call family and any relations found in searches/databases.
