Said I qualified for a reduction in my monthly payment of a school loan. Asked me questions she should have know if I infact did have a loan, which I don't. She was asking yes and no questions and I kept telling her she should have that information. Once she asked my name, I told her I was with the police department and she ***g up.

Got the same Restricted call from the following number: 888-60-9440. I didn’t answer the phone however a man left a voicemail message advising to call back due to a complaint that I have or some sort. The caller named Steven Taylor advised to call back the toll free number and reference the following file number: 307714. ( The man spoke very quick and left out information in the voicemail)
