Its an Arizona Company. Arizona has the highest number of scam complaints in the United States because the companies are not violating any "state" laws. Arizona pretty much figures that if it is a federal crime then it isn't their problem. You can try filing a complaint with Arizona Attorney General and Arizona BBB, however all your going to get is frustrated. Best plan is file a complaint with FTC.
