Calls asking for my husband and wants to know SS#, birthdate, street address, etc. I provided a zip to verify and they said it was not the one on record. Claim to be with Dell however Dell Financial used to come accross caller ID as DFS...this one is showing as 1-800 services. When we asked for them to verfiy who they are they say to just believe them. Asked them to send a mail concerning the conversation and they said they couldn't. I said we would call Dell Financial using the number on our bill and they said that wouldn't get to them?! They just were not overall happy with any options we gave for them to verify who they are.
