They keep calling me for someone else. I have never bought anything from Dell. I blocked their phone number and it still comes through but just for a second, so I know they're still calling me, after telling them that I was not the person they need to contact. They call me 8 - 10 times a day. I just sent them 500 a month ago, and i'm out of work so i can't send them anything. I couldn't afford the $******t I sent it anyway. They just won't stop. I don't take their calls anymore. Plus they call on my cell phone so I get to pay for the minutes. Great.

Calls asking for my husband and wants to know SS#, birthdate, street address, etc. I provided a zip to verify and they said it was not the one on record. I indicated they have the wrong person and my husband has no account with them and I would file a complaint with the do not call registry...but they said he does have an account and they can legally call because of this and they would send him to the creditors. I say let 'em, since it isn't him. I asked that the number be removed because it was not my husband and they said they couldn't due to policy. So I guess they will be calling a lot now!

Claim to be with Dell however Dell Financial used to come accross caller ID as DFS...this one is showing as 1-800 services. When we asked for them to verfiy who they are they say to just believe them. Asked them to send a mail concerning the conversation and they said they couldn't. I said we would call Dell Financial using the number on our bill and they said that wouldn't get to them?! They just were not overall happy with any options we gave for them to verify who they are. So we ***g up. This of course doesn't stop the non-stop calling and ****ing up.
