Yet another call (pre-recorded message) from Ann with "Account Services." The pre-recorded message from Ann promises to lower my credit card interest rates and warns my that I should consider this my final notice. I've been receiving these spam/scam calls almost daily for two years. They call from s****ed CallerIDs and have no interest in removing anyone from their calling lists. The only option when listening to the pre-recorded message is to press 1 to speak to a representative. Pressing 1 routes you to an "agent" who will try to get you to divulge your credit card numbers. Asking to be removed will get them to **** up on you. Asking them why they called you will get them to **** up on you. I haven't found ANYTHING that will actually make them stop calling.

What would happen if each one of u***** #1 to be connected to one of their employees and tell them that that you signed up for the class action lawsuit that is being filed a***nst them and infer that all their employees would be soon losing their jobs? It would make what is now our issue their issue!
