Yet another call (pre-recorded message) from Ann with "Account Services." The pre-recorded message from Ann promises to lower my credit card interest rates and warns my that I should consider this my final notice. I've been receiving these spam/scam calls almost daily for two years. They call from s****ed CallerIDs and have no interest in removing anyone from their calling lists. The only option when listening to the pre-recorded message is to press 1 to speak to a representative. Pressing 1 routes you to an "agent" who will try to get you to divulge your credit card numbers. Asking to be removed will get them to **** up on you. Asking them why they called you will get them to **** up on you. I haven't found ANYTHING that will actually make them stop calling.

Ditto to everyone else! Getting numerous calls each day from the same numbers listed here. What would happen if each one of u***** #1 to be connected to one of their employees and tell them that that you signed up for the class action lawsuit that is being filed a***nst them and infer that all their employees would be soon losing their jobs? It would make what is now our issue their issue!
(865) 259-6702 - March 22nd, 2013 4:45pm
They call every day, asking if I want to lower my credit card rates. Sometimes I just **** up, but when I try to get through they'll disconnect as soon as I say so****ing that they don't want to hear. Does anyone have any information regarding how to stop this?

"Card Services".... A***N!!!! They called 5 times yes****ay with 203-998-7000. This 865-259-6702 must be todays number.. "Card Services" has called me no less than 100 times in the last six months. The FTC and the No Call List are useless!
(865) 259-6702 - March 23rd, 2013 5:22pm
My phone only allows 30 numbers to be blocked so I still get calls. I have a list of over 45 numbers that the spammers use. It's frustrating. I've filed complaints, but to no avail.
(865) 259-6702 - March 22nd, 2013 4:19pm
They call every day at least once. I always press one, but as soon as I say anything that they don't want to hear they disconnect.
