what a scam - the text I received had an electronic female voice saying that my debit card had been put on hold - then it asked me to enter my full digit card number after the beep. I can see how this could catch an unsuspecting person off-guard since it has a new viral twist to it. And of course, once they have your credit card into and your phone number, its not a good outcome!
