On my outgoing message I ask for a name, number and purpose of the call and I will only return a call if it is from a valid caller. They left no message, so I can only****ume they are not a valid caller

Got a call from this number. It was an answering ma****e's voice with a British accent. I have a feeling that it is Union Bank's bill collectors still trying to collect on an old debt. As soon as I heard the British accent, I logged to make sure they do not call me a***n today. FDCPA rules do apply. They better hope that they do not violate them because I will "take action" (sue for harrassment). Keep a record of all of your "unwanted calls", then google FDCPA and learn your rights. One of my former debt collectors (MCM) (San Diego) lost a case for almost 1 million dollars for operating in another state without a permit from that state (ouch). Time for consumers to take action a***nst "debt collectors". Don't forget people, we are living in a "fiat monetary" (fake aka bull$%#*) economy. Learn to play the game! Get Kevin Trudeau's books and educate yourself! ASAP! Be sure to educate others with every phone call that you get so that we can "C****E THINGS".

Got another call from this number today, says "H W" on caller ID. Message says it's Union Bank and to call 800-358-3370 option 3. I checked bbb.org and it is a registered number to the bank.
