Totally legit. They do not leave messages. They alert you of important things in YOUR area. For example, I got a code Red alert from them when the local ambulance exc****e was having a DRILL at a local high school. They wanted to alert the community that it was only a drill as it would be taking all day on a Sa****ay. If they call and you do not answer, they will not leave a message. If you call the number back, it will tell you the time they called you last, and then it will play the message that you missed when you didn't answer your phone. Not sure why people think it's spam. ECN Community is NOT spam.
