She said she was calling regarding my federal student loans, and not sure if I received a notice that was sent out. Mentioned that the forbearance is about to expire. I wouldn't call back.

Called about student loan forbearance expiring soon- note that this is during the covid student loan payment halt. Wanted to make sure the recipient got "a notice that was sent out", wanted the recipient to call back to make sure they're still qualified for a loan discharge/forgiveness. Got two of these within one week, exact same message.

A well spoken recorded message about a student loan--she sounds nice, but I would definitely not call back

Asked to check student loans. Asked for a lot of identifying information and even asked for security codes etc.
