Have been receiving calls everyday with no message. When I answer no one there so I blocked it. See website for Fredrick Schulman as this could be a debt collector using unlawful tactics or could be another Payday type scam. If it is a debt collector you should already know about it and have received letters. I tried calling the number back and got a message that it was not in service.

recieved a call at work saying that I owed $390 in a payday loan.. They did have the name of th e payday loan which I have recently settled with. I emailed them a copy of my paid in full letter. The women on the phone said that there woluls be filing a civil suit a***nst me and my employee. I called them back several times, but of course the same man answered and put me on hold for Ms Watkins who did not come to the phone. My orginal loan company said they never heard of this company and advised me not to deal with them.

They are calling you about a claim that was filed a***nst you for an online payday loan. As long as you pay it through them you will be fine. Make sure you get a letter emailed to you though te verify that it is your debt. Don't be alarmed, I was scared too when they called me but adter I paid it i received a statement emailed to me that I paid it in full. I just printed it out in case someone else calls about the same loan (which has happend before)! Dont feel bad they had me shaing in my boots! :)

they cannot contact your work and you should never give anyone your debit information over the phone I am sure as you noted that there was an amount you did owe but calling your employer is "a***nst the law" at least it is in MA.

I just received a call at work from 855.868.2577 someone named Rose wanted to speak to me about an important matter. A temp answered the phone and told her that I wasn't available. She then asked to speak to my supervisor. The temp said that we don't receive personal calls at work and that she should contact me on my home number. Rose verified the number and then called me on my cell. Who are these people and why are they calling my job?

Got a call from Jess Jackson, he called my employer. When I returned the call he informed me of a paydy loan I had taken out around christmas. He was respectful and polite, but he gave me NO time to pay this. He told me I needed to borrow the money from friends to pay this by this friday ***???? I went ahead and gave him my debit card information, but I thought that they had to give you payments or a settlement he really wasnt comprom****ing??. Is he supposed to be calling me at work ??? I just received a phone call from this company. They actually called the HR department at my employer and stated that he has a claim a***nst me. His name was Jim Jackson the first time he called and Jeff Jackson the second time he called.I am not certain what he needs. I did call my local Attorney general office and filed a complaint a***nst them. I am hoping that they do fax the information that they promised to. I will keep my posts up to date.

Some biotch just called from this number, asked to speak with one of our employees. I transferred the call to his line, and I guess his voicemail picked up. Miss Snotty Pants transferred back to me, and demanded to speak with the employee's supervisor or human resources. When I asked who was calling, all she said was that is was a personal matter between the employee and her company and third party disclosure was not allowed, but she still wanted to speak with the employee's supervisor or human resources. Hmmm...third party disclosure not allowed, but you want to talk to a third party about the matter... Anyways, when I told her that I could not transfer her to the supervisor or human resources unless she told me her name and specifically what the call was regarding (sorry, it's company policy), she proceed to insult me by telling me she was sorry that I was just the receptionist who barely got a high school diploma and didn't do anything with my life, but it was none of my business who she was or what the call was about. Okey dokey. Before she could continue to berate me any further for doing my job (which, by the way, is NOT to be "just the receptionist"), I ***g up. Be nasty to me, and you won't get anywhere....

Received a voice mail on my work phone. Caller stated he is giving me an "oportunity to give my version" and time is limited to contact him and present my side......855-868-2577 with an extension. I am quite sure it is from another company using a shadow phone number.

I already commented but this person leaves accusatory voicemail's stating there is a claim a***nst me, that she has notified my HR department at work it is really odd, to say the least, I hope someone will find out about these people as they should not be aloud to call and blatantly lie on their voicemail's and make threats to you on the phone that they have a claim a***nst you and have no information thereafter I have contacted a family member that is an attorney and I will let anyone else know that is receiving these messages as they need to be put to a stop.
