debt collection is fraud.
(855) 820-5189
Once a company tabbed as a "debt collection agency" BUYS someone's debt, you are no longer responsible for it because after that debt is sold to that agency, the contract is officially broken even if it says in the contract the debt may be sold. Debt collection as a whole is a complete illegal and unlawful scam. It's nothing but trading Collateralized Debt Obligations, "Mortgage Backed" securities and Credit Default Swaps all of which are nothing but fake**** derivatives which is exactly what caused the financial mess we are in.
