The caller announced his name said he was with the Santa Clara county civil dispatch Message regarding a lien against my property and stated my address, then stated my name and said, “You have been notified”. First of all, Do Not call the number, go online and check your County Records for your address to see if you have any Liens against your property. Secondly, if you are being served someone cannot call you to serve you a notification from any court, they have to physically come to where are and serve the notice. You can check with your lawyer if you are not sure, but Do Not panic and call these spammers.
