On 09-07-2022 I called 855-707-7328 who calls themselves Charter Services and charging my account $101.64. The Spectrum representative said that Charter Services is their Dept who does Billings. And the Payment they took out was for my new Spectrum phone and this was my “Mobile Service Fee”. I question the Spectrum representative then why they’re on a High SPAM Alert? I received a letter presumably from Spectrum saying my computer was infected with a botnet. I was instructed to download an AntiBot Scanner from Spectrum.net/security-suite. The phone number given for any inquiries was 1-855-707-7328. You see what comes up when you run that number. I will contact both the Geek Squad and Spectrum to verify validity. Scammers should be publicly ****ed.
