And the Payment they took out was for my new Spectrum phone and this was my “Mobile Service Fee”. I question the Spectrum representative then why they’re on a High SPAM Alert? Look on you past Bill at the top for the Phone Number. Never get it off the Web page. Bad SCAM Numbers are floating around on the Web.. NEVER give Out your Address if they ask. I received a letter presumably from Spectrum saying my computer was infected with a botnet. I was instructed to download an AntiBot Scanner from Spectrum.net/security-suite. The phone number given for any inquiries was 1-855-707-7328. You see what comes up when you run that number. I will contact both the Geek Squad and Spectrum to verify validity. Scammers should be publicly ****ed.
