I got a letter and postcard reminder saying there will be a Price Increase to their Extended Warranty Plans, and I need to call to get the lowest price. Card said you have not contacted us to have your vehicle protection updated. First thing I noticed was that the phone number is wrong. Not old, wrong. Second they indicate the male and model of my cat but do not provide the VIN#. Finally my extended plan bought as a package and paid in full. There are no monthly payments and they are not who I bought it from. Spam Spam Spam!!!
