These people called me regarding my ex-husband of 25 years stating that if I didn't call them back, I would be served papers on his behalf. When I called back the first time, the woman was nice and told me I would be taken off the list. I received another call about a week later on my office phone - same threatening dialogue. I called them back and sternly told them that I was supposed to be taken off the list and that this was harrassment and that there would be litigation if I received further calls. The guy all of the sudden didn't sound so "official" and got quite snotty with me. They haven't called back but it hasn't been a week yet. So, we'll see. Additionally, the *****s could easily find my ex by looking him up on the internet! I found him in about 30 seconds! So there's absolutely no need for the harassment!
