This number sounds like a spam call trying to get you to call them, without mentioning who they are and just giving a supposed account number and that you are passed due on your payment and that you need to call "their" customer service at the number that they're calling from.

Received a message at work from Kevin Miller to call 855-241-5547. Returned call and spoke to a lady - informed her I can NOT receive calls at my job so be sure no future calls are made and then inquired as to the call. (I've had the same cell # since 2004 or 2005 so it's puzzling as to why they did not attempt to contact me on my cell.) She then claimed I owe a debt for a payday loan from 2011 with DJR Group (or so****ing like that). I informed her I have never heard of that company, I do NOT owe any balance on any payday loan and that I am reporting the matter to the FTC. I suspect this is a scam. There was no identification given as to the name of the company.

I was used to get so ticked about this until we got a phone recently that I can set to block numbers that I do not want calling me. Once I establish that the call is bogus I just click to save it to my block list. Now when they call it will ring once and then show up as a blocked call. I can still look on my caller ID to see the number that was called. The company will be fined for each complaint so that is the best way to get taken off their mailing list. If I can I take the time to report each call.

Time Warner Cable is awful!!!!!! If you are a day late they hound you! Several times a day! After 8 years I just dumped these rude high pressure idiots! Now they're sorry and want my business! Get rid of these overpriced fools!
