This is a number from a scammer who hacked my Facebook account and asked for money in exchange for not reporting false information. According to WhatsApp, the number appears to be from the Dominican Republic. Please be aware of a network of scammer who appeared to operate from USA east coast and Dominican Republic. They initiate contact with dating apps users like LatinCupid.com

I just learned so****ing scary: SOME prefixes from foreign countries are set up so the charges go to the number called, NOT the number that did the calling. So even if we let the caller get through to the answering ma****e and they don't say a word, technically we answered their call, so will be charged for it! Unfortunately if didn't list which prefixes that applies to, so the only way to find out for sure is to check the phone bill. If there are charges to a prefix with a supposedly "toll free" area code, you will have your first prefix to block calls from. Apparently there is no recourse, either, according to the article I read... you just have to pay it. By
