Caller claimed to be from a homeowner mortgage****istance program funded by the state of Missouri. His alleged objective was to help us catch up our mortgage at a lower rate than our contract stated. Over the last three months we've put out $1590 that was supposed to be going to our account. However, when I called the actual mortgage company they have no record of payments. The company****ured me they have no underwriter department at all. Looks like we're *****ed.
