Some foreign black male, either from the West Indies or Africa, will tell you that they are from PCH and want to deliver your prize. If you just **** up, they will call back a***n and a***n. I told them I never signed up with PCH and s****ed asking them for identification, return numbers, etc., and they ***g up. When my interrogation s****ed, he/they became f****ered, so as far as scammers go, this guy was quite the novice.
