called and said, "Did you order a taxi?" I said, "No, where are you calling from?" He repeated, "Did you order a taxi?" I said, "Where are you calling from? I don't even live in your state." He said, "What difference does it make if you didn't order a taxi?"

Call was to confirm if my roadside service had contacted me when I needed a jump s****. Since the car was jumped two hours prior to the call, I simply pressed 2 to not talk to anyone and that was that.

The company is a just a automated call service contracted by companies offering credit or services to people. If you check the number they give you to call for information, it is usually for the company you deal with directly (like Sams, or Banana Republic, etc. etc.). They're legit.
(847) 572-2285
This call was received from a credit card company I deal with verifying that I should have received my replacement card from them.
(847) 572-2285
Received a call from this number on February 27, 2008. A return call resulted in a message saying I'd reached Vail Systems. The link to their contact page: http://www.vailsys.com/company/contact.htmlWhile the voicemail message was incomplete, the part of the automated message that was there mentioned so****ing about my needing to activate some card. As I hold no card of any kind that requires activation, this was either an error, sales ploy or fraudulent call. I sent them a terse e-mail requesting that they remove me from any database they have - and strongly suggested that they NOT call me a***n.
