I do not answer calls from unknown numbers because of some past stalker issues, and I'm not about to answer this one. They leave no indication of who is calling or for what. It's a recorded message claiming to be a debt collector for Chase, but I don't owe Chase any money. It's a scam. If you call the number back it's a message in ****ese first followed by English that says the number has c****ed, press 3 to be forwarded to the new number. I imagine if you press 3 you get forwarded to a toll number.

This is a fraud call. I called Chase directly and gave them the this number and they said it was not a chase number and they have had several complaints about this number and it was a fraudulent call. They randomly call cell numbers and ask for a fake person, I then just **** up after saying the have the wrong number. I called the number back and there is a recording saying thanks for calling back and they were routing me to a person. They then answer and claim they are chase and ask for my credit card number. THEY ARE NOT CHASE! I also called my cell company and they said they have had alot of customers calling and complaining about the calls. You can sign up for a service on your cell to block numbers. These are fraudulent calls -- I have an actual account with Chase with a $0 balance, although the callers claim that I owe $9,000. I have spoken with them at length with Chase about this, and reported it to their security and fraud division. Unfortunately, Chase does not seem to have a system in place to stop the calls. I am disabled and have been trying to pay off this credit card to the best of my ability. Despite asking them to leave me alone they keep calling multiple times daily - even while I was in the hospital a couple times.

These phone calls are frequent and they never leave a message. I have given them a contact number and when i could return the calls and they still call my cell phone. All times of the day and night from 8am to 9pm.

Calls every day at 8:30 and a***n at least twice more. Foreign person says call is being recorded and asks my name. They do not identify themselves. Sometimes there is no one there when I answer the call.

These people call my cell phone all times of the day, several times every hour, seven days a week. No one leaves a message, and when I do answer it, there is nothing one there, must "empty ****e" noise.

This call is coming from India and I keep telling them not to call lme while I am at work and they keep calling. Chase is using overseas personnel that don't follow the laws of the the united States

Continuously calls and never stops. I donot know who the caller is or where they are calling from but it they call my cell phone all day long. It is going to s**** costing me money.

this number i called back, and it said thank you for calling vmpt international comunications , and that the number was out of order and to call 1-800-1001. as you can see this is only eight digits.very frustrating.

I've been getting these calls too. Have not answered them. Called AT&T who were clueless. I'm gonna answer it next time like this, "Good Afternoon, this is Penelope with Chase Financial, how can I help you today?"

never leaves voice message calls about 15 times a day. If answered Claims they are chase bank. Talks with hard to understand Indian accent Don't have an account with Chase Still called after being told so...

I've have been getting calls about 5-6 times per day for almost 2 weeks as early as 8:30 am and late as 8:00 pm. I have absolutely no ties to Chase Bank. I'm getting very annoyed!

They just keep on calling ... every 2 to 3 hours ... what purpose do they have... Dothey think that on their 50th phonecall, things have c****ed? IF things c****e ... I'll call them....

This number calls numerous times per day. Does not leave a message usually. If a message is left there is no recording. When I answer there is ***ody there to talk to.

called several times every day, day and night, from 8 in the monring to 9 at night, they never left a message, when I picked up the phone, no one spoke, it is very annoying!
