I just received two calls from the same group, different phone number each time. Two months ago I ordered a service on my phone that blocks calls from people who block their number. I was free until this morning. This time, the numbers showed. I am on the Do Not Call Registry. I asked, when I picked up, to be removed from the list, and they ***g up. I then filed a complaint via https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action?form_type=1088B and by phone at 1- 888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322). By phone, you do have to listen to a long statement about the registry, going online, etc. Then you can opt to speak to a customer representative. It's true the FCC will not do anything about an individual complaint. They will, however, do so****ing if enough people file complaints. What these people are doing is illegal, and they are counting on all of us to **** up and do nothing more. Please add your complaint to the FCC's list, even if they don't work on your specific issue! The only way we can get them to stop is for ALL of us to complain!
