They should be fined for each unwanted call. Press a code on your phone, it goes to a database and records the number. If the database gets more than 10 hits in one day -- bam!! -- one ***dred dollars per each offense. That'll stop 'em.

Don't know of way to block but you can report it to your carrier they have laws a***nst it I also am on the national DO NOT CALL LIST you can report to them & they will immediately take care of it but you need to register through the REAL site go to Federal Trade Commission & you will find Do Not Call List or Do not call list fed trade commission Hope that helps :)
