Getting texts and mail from this person. Says it's American Anesthesiology. There are other complaints online. My gut feeling is that this is a scammer.

Have now received two crank calls from this number, claiming to be informing a defendant of a pending civil action, giving no other information, but using the name of a relative as the defendant, although not quite correct on the name! This has all the earmarks of a scam.
