I decided to call this number back. Got voice recording saying, "Welcome to the call center", then a female voice saying, "Hello, this is Bad****, am I talking to Ray Sinclair?" (evidently the one who had this number before me.) He must have been up to his eye***** in debt and c****ed his number to get away from bill collectors. May or may not be Bad****, why didn't the first message say "Welcome to Bad**** Call center?" More info needed.
