these people said they were suing for acct and they have sent demand letters for a bank acct that i never had! he had all private information and tried to tell me that i was going to be served. they even had someone else call first and give me a number to call. i would normally not call this, however we have family issues going on so i wanted to be sure.

This guy unclaimed I had to delinquent HSBC account. They said I was going to get sued. He wouldn't give their address. (Supposedly) I am supposed to be served later in the coming weeks. I'll keep you posted. Good thing is that I have a recording of the guy but not sure what to do with it.

They called to tell me I was being sued and needed to pay to resolve issue before papers are filed with court. They had my address and the lady said her name is Alex and when I asked last name she paused and then said holiday. I said we will be home waiting for papers. ****

Just got the same call all of the people in the comment section revived. Funny they all happened within a couple of days from each other. Called no one answered just a VM. If this was real wouldn’t they say what company it is they work for.

This is the number someone told me I needed to call for a complaint a***nst me. With a reference number. Called from a private number. A few weeks ago a similar call was made. With do***ents supposedly being delivered to my house which was never seen.

Was reluctantant to tell me the company name. Navarro Acquisitions. Claimed I owed them money from an old bank account. Was completely unprofessional. Kept saying degrading things and screaming at me when I said this was all a scam.
