Claimed they were with "Sprint, now part of T-Mobile" and were offering a free Samsung smart watch because they see that I have been with Sprint since 2006. They knew the name****ociated with the account as well as how many phones were connected to it. All the info they had was correct. They said the free watch was only for eligible longing customers, but when I asked if it was possible to just claim the promotion online they said it wasn't possible. Likely a scam caller but the amount of information they knew about my account made it sound like someone who legitimately works for Sprint/T-Mobile. I'll be blocking the number just to be safe.

Answered the call, there was silence for about 20 seconds, then a woman with a thick accent s****ed talking and saying that she’s calling about my T-Mobile discount survey or so****ing. I could barely understand what she was saying, she talked really fast and either her accent, that’s all I got out of it.
