This is a scam number of a man who goes by the name of Augustine. He pretends to he a 16 year old girl who, (at first) lies about her age (being in her 20s) and then she will tell you her age by giving you her date of birth in a huge paragraph about her. He will then not mention anything with age again until after nudes have been exchanged or some kind of damning evidence has been got. Will extort for money. Sounds very convincing.
