I’d say unfortunatly this scam will trick a lot of people. I had my su****ions early on simply because I moved that mortgage 12 years ago. Didn’t seem like a real bank would invest in sending me such a nice letter with actual black stamps, it looks expensive in comparison to any letter I’ve received in years. It could be a a legitimate business, but it’s definitely not the lending company that the letter says it is. So they are trying to trick average people that bought a house pre 2020 since housing prices are almost double in my area. if you called the number, let me save you time now. They want you to switch your insurance company and they’re gonna give you many reasons to do that.

Home Warranty scam which has the name of at least one of your banks****ociated they think to your mortgage. They make it sound like you must respond by calling a number. No return address, no name. In Google this shows up as John T. Shaw real estate attorney and home warranty with this number. I can only imagine how many people might be tricked into thinking this is required home owner insurance for a mortgage company.
