Would do***ent my refusal and I would miss my day in court if they couldn't get me to sign. Total scam. I open all of my mail and pay all my bills. Just for safe measure I did a local clerk of courts search on my name and nothing has been filed. Ignore them!

This is a known scam! They tell you they are a process server and they will be serving you in one day. They also ask you to call a number like the one in TX. They will ask you for x amount of $$$ to make it all go away. Do not call them and do not give them any information! Ignore the call!
