Automated message that my pge would be shut off in 30 mins due to unpaid bill and prompted to hit 0 to speak with a rep. Hit zero and transferred to a woman out of the country saying I needed to pay my bill. Told her my bill is auto paid so confused. She kept asking me for a confirmation number. When I asked her to explain what she was asking for she ***g up on me.

Rec'd 6 calls from this number in the past week. All went to my voice mail but left no message. My number is unlisted/unpublished and I'm on the Do Not Call registry. I also called back to hear their voice message "Can't take your call now. At the tone, please record your message." There ought to be a law a***nst this type of harrassment because that's exactly what it is. Have seen other reports that called ID shows James Gettins as the caller and 831-420-2027 is****ociated with this number
