I answered my cell phone and heard a recording stating if I wanted to accept a call from an inmate (inamte's name) which they never stated their name, just heard breathing and background noise. The recording stated that it was an inmate from Monterey County Jail that wanted to complete a call, to dial 1 to declined or 2 to accept the call. I declined the call.
