This person sent me an email from a platform called case.com pretending to be a representative of a company called Bitdefender. She created an invoice using their company logo and it looked very real. So rather than calling the number on the email. I looked up customer service for Bitdefender and found that this was in fact a scam, it was attempting to steal money from me for 449.99 and I knew I hadn't used this company before. But needed to make certain it wasn't so****ing attached to a different name like Norton anti-virus etc. Long story short, I keep receiving scam calls and fake emails and want some help identifying who and what is happening so I can stop them, and help with identifying these scammers from stealing from others as well.
