This person calls himself Bob McNulty. He is supposedly a rig welder & manager of his team of 8 guys. They are somewhere in the Gulf of Mexico south of LA. He is “stuck on the rig” & scamming me for money. He is very good at what he does. I am heart-broken to learn he’s a scam. He’s extremely good at electronics.
