They claimed to be USAA wanting pictures of the vehicle damage. The text was informal and didn't identify an individual or adjuster. I had already sent USAA numerous pictures, so suspected it was a scam. The phone number also didn't match any of USAA's contact numbers.

This is a scammer pretending to be USAA Auto Insurance. They also text from 34035 attempting to have you send them pictures of your auto damage. Also spam call from 773-904-2407 with voicemails giving same phone number.
