Originally my phone indicated its location on 4/5/26 to be Thousand Oaks, CA, with a message from Harvey-FTC, Federal Trade Commission, urging me to return the call. I already knew he was a serious scammer, threatening me with scare tactics numerous times throughout the days from Friday 4/3/26 through Sunday (Easter Day).
