They called pretending to look for my brother. And said it’s the third attempt to serve him and he will need to be in court tomorrow. I said “this sounds like a scam” and he aggressively said “well it’s not” and I said “you sound unprofessional” to which he said “you sound unprofessional!” ???????? yea ok. These scammers out here just living in this silent depression. I get it, it’s hard for us all.

They called in some sort of way that my phone didn't ring but they left me a message saying to call them back by the end of the day or they would have to take immediate action but didn't state what the action would be or what the call was regarding or where they were calling from. It was a human being in the beginning of the call (or so I think) stating my full name and then a recording was turned on stating the rest. A***n didn't say where they were calling from, why they were calling and what number I should call or who to ask to speak to or what extension to dial. Sounds very su****ious and I don't know how they got my full name and phone number but I'm almost 100% sure it's a fishing call and some sort of fraud. Oh, almost forgot, they didn't even call my phone number, they called my sister's phone number which is almost the same as mine, which makes it even more su****ious.

They said they have legal paperwork for a complaint filed a***nst my wife. They said they are going to deliver them to and address that we have never used. If she doesn’t call back legal action will be taken. Thing is, wife worked for LA County before and made some calls, there’s nothing in the system of any complaint or papers filed. Plus, we haven’t lived in LA for years.
