Got phone in email saying I purchased Bitcoin owing them 677.96 from my credit card. I haven't ever purchased Bitcoin. Could this be a scam? It was sent to a lot of emails. I called phone number and PayPal answered the call.Please respond back to me ASAP.Thanks
