Got called about our office printer and was told they would send us updated manuals in the mail in 5-10 days. I foolishly gave them our printer model and now sites like this are telling me this is a common scam to send you printer ink/toner you never ordered to then bill you for. If they call, just **** up on them, you can just get manuals off the internet.
