Got another phone call (10:01am) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize. I didn't answer, but looked up the number here. They left no message. I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for over a year now. (I guess this is our government at work for us.) I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls. (Yes I will a***n go through all those steps.) We should all pile on. [I have also bookmarked these URL's.]

I get several calls from CARD SERVICES under various numbers (caller id s****ing -- illeagle) told them many times take my number off your list , they **** up ,can't stop these calls SO when i receive one of their calls i press 1 for customer****istance - i anwser as many of their questions as i can and pretend to be interested in the service i also tell them that i have very high limit on the card ( like $5000.00) and that i owe $1500.00 when they ask for the card number and exp. date i tell them ""Hold on i have to run upstairs to get the card so i can give you the information , and i just leave the phone off the hook - one time i went to **** the phone up and the fool was still holding , i told him i had misplaced the card but i rember wher it is now , please hold- he still held on -kept the ****** ******* waiting 30+ min. If more people would do this these scamers might stop it -if i need to use the phone while they are ''holding '' ill say ok thats long enough for a trace ,and then **** up . Cant make money listning to a dead line -it must cost someone so****ing to waist all this time.

I was called on my cell from 818-201-6758 this afternoon 10/7/11, and after listening to their "this is your last reminder" scare tactic message, I pressed 1 to talk to someone I asked which company I was talking to and he said "Card Member Services", and he****ured me this was the company name, and not the depart ment. He told me I was already enrolled and I asked how. His answer was that you are automatically enrolled anytime you apply for a Visa or Mastercard. I asked to be removed from their calling list and he said OK before immediately dropping the call. This is clearly an intimidation scam, as there is no such auto enrollment run by legitimate card issuers. I have had the same or very similar messages every month or so, and despite requesting to be dropped from their calling list they continue to call. I have now registered my phone on the Do Not Call Registry at https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx?panel=3 Their website appears to be www.cardmemberservices.com, but this is a Chase Bank site, a legitimate issuer, and not the true source of the calls. Their outbound marketing identifies themselves and such and follows business like approach to calls. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM - do NOT give any info to their operator

You can call the number back and hit 1 and wait until the recording asked for your call back number then input 123-456-7890 then hit # and I think it asks for # a***n to send the 1234567890 phone number and it leaves a number for them to call back. Dont input your number, input a fake one like 123-456-7890 or 555-555-5555. lol I bet I did it like 50 times while I was ****ing time. I know I must have frustrated the **** out of some scammer today...lol Now I and going to the http://complaints.donotcall.gov site and post there.

Got call 10/10/11, pressed 1 to talk to person. Told him to remove my number from calling list, he said they don't have a list. I asked him how he got my number, said my card company "flagged me as a person who had not taken advantage of gov't stimulus" Why can't our useless gov't do so****ing about this kind of scam, instead of sticking it's self righteous nose in everybody else's trash pile country's problems? BEWARE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES DON'T CONTACT YOU TO LOWER ANYTHING.

This was quite similar with me. They also said that their was no list and my credit card company contacted them. I repeated multiple times that I do not want to be called ever a***n. At one point they ***g up. Since I did not get a confirmation that I was removed from the list, I filed a complaint with on the national do-no-call list. You'all might want to do the same. I got a call from this **** and I told him to put me on his " do not call list " and he was very ****y and asked me how old I was - i asked how old he was and he told me 32 and ***g up - when I called back I got the burp sound - I wish I could somehow get even with this nuisance and the insultng **** on the phone.

A recording says this is about my credit card (I don't have one) and that it is a second call. I've gotten this type call before - same recording - but from a number located in Florida. It's a scam to get your credit card numbers. I would really like to see these ***s arrested.

Claiming to be "card member services". When i asked what card it was for they just said "visa and mastercard". She claimed to know that I pay all my cards on time and she could lower my interest rates. I just said "yeaaahhhhhhh..." and she ***g up. These guys are phonies.

when I pressed 9 to speak to a rep, I tried to get more information about why they were calling me, and they ***g up on me - tried to call them back and all I got was a loud burping noise in my ear... classy. SPAMMER!

I have a relative in the FBI...good news is, its not a "throw away phone"...this guy is a *****, he lives in LA and his phone is through some carrier named MP or so****ing...and he soon should be picked up, hopefully.

I screen my calls. No message, don't answer. The message is the factory installed on my phone with the monotone voice. Not very pleasant. They **** up quickly as soon as they hear my answering ma****e voice.

Misuse a vehicle, lose your license, right? Misuse a phone, lose it and have your disgusting demeanor spread all over every media source possible. ...Oh yeah, a hefty civil fine should be imposed as well....so****ing in the thousands sounds about right.

I have done the s**** of calling the number over and over and over and leaving a call back number since the message box is full. that's why everyone else should do that gets calls from this a hole
