I got a call from this number and after answering it I am put on hold for a few seconds. After verifying that I am the person they are looking for they then proceed to put me on hold for an additional 2+ minutes. Finally a woman answers saying she is from so collection agency and I then ask her why she would call me and put me on hold? Her only response was "I was on another call"
